1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with the most reliable courier services in India to deliver your packages safely. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at the time of checkout.

3. Shipment Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check the live status of your shipment through our delivery partner's portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Damages & Issues

EverCart takes full care of product packaging, but in case you receive your order damaged or broken, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our customer support immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package so we can assist you with a replacement.
